Introduction 介绍
To meet today’s thermal requirements within the die-casted segment, the thermal properties of the cast alloys needs to be increased.
为了满足压铸产品的热要求,需要增强铸造合金的热性能。

Thermal conductivity of commonly used cast alloys varies between 100-120 W/mK. To be able to meet the higher demands, the thermal conductivity of the cast alloys need to be as close to pure aluminum as possible.
通用的铸造合金导热范围在100-120 W/mK之间。为了能够满足更高的需求, 铸造合金的热导性能需要尽可能接近纯铝。

1 Alloy requirements 合金要求

First alternative is to use a secondary alloy (recycled aluminum). If this is not possible, usage of a primary alloy is acceptable.

Compliance towards ROHS and Ericsson banned and restricted substances are mandatory. It includes the chemicals used during the procurement process as well as the composition of the alloy.

Material data sheet for the alloy must be reviewed and approved by the Material Technology and Mechanical Design department, before usage. Ericsson project driver is responsible to provide contact information to responsible stakeholders for distribution of documents material data sheet will be stored in 3/1095, indexed in sequential order.
合金使用前,其MDS资料必须被材料技术和机械设计部门评估和批准。爱立信项目负责人负责将联系方式提供给利益相关方,以提交MDS文件。MDS文档要保存在3/1095,按顺序索引。

The copper level needs to follow tolerances set in EN-AC 44300/43400 due to corrosion requirements. The copper in the alloy can have a maximum level of 0.10 % Wt.
